I am amazingly happy today for the follwoing reasons:
1. I did not go to work ==> Spent all day at home working on various topics. I particularly enjoyed the quieteness of living room while kids are at school.
2. I managed to confirm the loan from BeoBank : Very low interest rate at 3.35% , which is really good and comforting ;
3. I found an amazing Ali baba cave of good trading books , after replying to a post on tradingview.com. Amazing community and very supportive;
4. I had a great talk and drink with Lotfi end of day. Interesting conversations, good laugh and was at Hairy Canary drink, which reminded some nostalgy of British culture previous life !

So ovearll, I am very hopeful today and enthousiastic to find a way forward to my whole sitaution.
The only think I am left with is finding a solution to report on a daily basis the financial profits / costs of all my operations.
